Products, POS & sales
One catalogue, priced differently at every booth.
Build the product catalogue once. Decide per event what is sold where and at what price, track stock, and read the sales back in one report.
The catalogue remains after the event
Products, categories and producers live at team level with their photos, descriptions and custom fields. Adding one to an event stores just three things against it: the price, the VAT, and which point of sale it is on.
The same beer, two prices
A product can appear at more than one point of sale, each with its own price — ¥800 at the main bar, ¥600 in the staff lounge. Each product-and-booth combination is unique, and that is what the POS screen shows for sale.
Stock, where you want it
Tracking is opt-in per product and booth: set an initial stock and it starts counting. The stock page lists what is closest to selling out first, and every restock, write-off and physical count goes on the product's ledger.
Coins, tokens and vouchers
Define alternative currencies with their own code, symbol, decimal places and rate to yen, and attach them to the points of sale that use them. Reporting stays in yen so the numbers reconcile, while prices display in the currency the visitor is actually holding.

Questions organisers ask
- Do we rebuild the catalogue every year?
- No. Products are team-level records. Each event picks from them and sets its own prices, so a returning event starts from what you already have.
- Can exhibitors add their own products?
- Yes, through the participant portal — they submit and you approve. New, imported and duplicated products all start as Pending.
- Can we sell in euros?
- You can price and display in another currency and record the amount received in that currency. Reporting is in yen, so a multi-currency event still has one set of totals.
- How do we know what is about to run out?
- The stock page sorts by remaining quantity, lowest first, so what is closest to selling out is always at the top.
