Choosing tickets on the event's public registration page
Three pieces, and that is the whole system
Ticket types define what can be sold — General Admission, VIP, Early Bird, Press, Sponsor Guest — each with its own price, quantity and the attendee details it needs. Ticket forms are the public pages. Tickets and orders are the record of everything issued.
One event, several audiences
An event can have as many forms as it needs: a public one, a member-only one, an internal staff one. Each has its own URL, its own selection of ticket types, its own sales window, its own legal terms, and its own confirmation email.
Card, invoice, or free
Take card payments through Stripe, or issue an invoice and confirm the order by hand when it is settled. Choosing a payment method selects the delivery mode that matches it, and picking the opposite combination asks you to confirm, explaining what the customer will experience.
Seats, tables and rows
For galas, theatres and anything with assigned seating, the floorplan models zones, tables, rows and seats, with a visual map of the venue floor. One seat is exactly one ticket, and the same layout appears on the public ticket page and at the gate.

Questions organisers ask
- Do we need a ticket agency?
- No. You sell from your own pages, on your own URL, and the money arrives in your own Stripe account. Ask us about the commercial arrangement on the call and we will be specific.
- Can we invoice corporate buyers?
- Yes. Invoice is a payment method on the form: the order is placed, you confirm it once payment settles, and the tickets are released then.
- Can we collect details for every attendee?
- Yes, or not at all — it is a per-form setting. You can also add custom fields, including ones that appear only when another answer has a particular value.
- What if we need to cancel an event?
- Cancelling closes the entire public surface: sales stop, scanning is refused everywhere, and ticket pages withdraw the QR code, wallet pass and calendar link, while tickets and receipts stay viewable.
