Corporate buyers pay by invoice
Card through Stripe for individuals, invoice for the organisations that need one. The order sits until you confirm payment, and the tickets release then.
Badges printed at check-in
Scan the QR, admit, print the badge, and point them to their table or row. Walk-ins can be registered and sold a ticket on the spot at the same desk.
Sponsors and exhibitors, without the email thread
Sponsors get their own portal login: logo for the programme, signed agreements, their staff list, their ticket allocation to distribute themselves.
In practice
A Tokyo summit and a three-continent series
The CCIFJ French Business Summit takes 1,000–1,500 registrations a year, with 30–40 speakers and 20–30 sponsors to manage alongside the attendee list. imec runs one conference format across the USA, Europe and Asia, each edition with its own timezone and currency.
A summit of that size lives or dies at the registration desk: registration, badges and check-in all read from one list, and a walk-in is registered, sold a ticket and admitted without leaving the queue. Sponsors handle their own logos, documents and ticket allocation through the portal. A repeating series has the opposite problem — each edition is its own event, but the speakers, sponsors and catalogue behind them are shared, so a new edition starts as a copy of the last rather than a rebuild.

Questions we are asked
- Can we print badges on arrival?
- Yes. Access Stack prints a name badge on admission, and can show the attendee their table or row at the same time.
- Can we register walk-ins?
- Yes. Register and sell at the desk, and the ticket is issued and scannable immediately.
- Can we collect dietary requirements and job titles?
- Yes. Custom fields per ticket type or per form, including fields that only appear when another answer has a particular value.
- Does it handle assigned seating for a gala dinner?
- Yes. The floorplan models tables, rows, zones and seats, and one seat is exactly one ticket. The layout shows on the ticket page and at check-in.
- Can we run the same conference in three countries?
- Yes. Each edition is its own event with its own timezone and currency, sharing your speakers, sponsors and catalogue. A new edition starts as a copy of the last.
