Run complex events without spreadsheet cleanup afterwards.

Event Stacks brings ticketing, access control, exhibitors, on-site sales, staff and reporting into one system. It supports conferences and corporate events, and it has the full depth needed for festivals with vendors, gates, event currency and hundreds of crew.

Event Base

The platform

One platform, field apps and a portal.

Event Base is the planning and admin workspace. The six Stacks are the apps your team uses on tablets and phones at the venue. The Participant Portal is where exhibitors and sponsors do their own work. AI and MCP operate on the same permissions and audit trail. Everyone reads and writes the same event data, so handoffs stop becoming spreadsheets.

Participants & portal

Manage exhibitors without long email threads.

Sponsors, sellers and vendors get their own login. They submit products, upload the documents you asked for, clear approvals, declare revenues and manage their own staff. Deadline reminders go to them automatically, so your team does not have to send every follow-up.

AI assistant & MCP

AI that can act on event data, with limits you can audit.

A built-in assistant answers in plain language, and an MCP endpoint lets you connect Claude directly to your own organisation. It reads sales and attendance, and it can draft products, tasks and ticket types — but it cannot delete anything, every change is previewed before it happens, and all of it lands in your audit log.

  • No delete tools exist

  • Every write previewed first

  • Double permission gate

  • Every AI change logged

The apps that run on site

Tablets and phones on site, reading and writing the same event data as Event Base. They keep working when the venue Wi-Fi does not.

Proven at events run by

  • Belgian Beer Weekend
  • CCIFJ French Business Summit
  • imec

Outdoor festivals, business summits, conference series that repeat across continents. Different sizes, different countries, one system underneath — because it was built inside a working event rather than designed in the abstract.

Why us

Built by operators, not a ticketing agency

Event Stacks came out of fifteen years running one of Japan's largest outdoor festivals. The product is strongest where event software often breaks down: exhibitors, POS, gates, tokens, staff and the reports after everyone goes home.
