One read-only screen for the operations desk: admissions, POS sales, and which devices are still connected.
Built to be left running
The live dashboard refreshes itself every fifteen seconds, so it can sit on a back-of-house display or a tablet at the ops desk without anyone reloading it. It is read-only by design: if a number looks wrong, you follow it back to the tab that owns it.
Devices, not just numbers
It shows the devices currently connected to the event's apps. When a POS device or gate tablet stops sending data, you see it — usually before someone reports the problem.
Ask, and count the answers
Surveys go out to exhibitors or attendees, and the results come back aggregated per question. Free-text answers are counted, never quoted out of context.
Who changed what, and through which channel
Every change records its channel — the app, the assistant, an external AI key, a device, or the system itself — and the activity log filters on it. "What did the AI change last week" is one filter, and so is "what did the gate tablets record".

Questions organisers ask
- Who can see the live dashboard?
- Admins and Editors. It is not exposed on any public URL, so it is safe on a back-of-house screen but cannot be shared with a sponsor.
- Can we fix a wrong number from it?
- No, deliberately. It is a monitoring screen; corrections happen on the tab that owns the data, so nothing is changed by accident on a shared display.
- How far behind is it?
- Fifteen seconds at most on the dashboard itself. Gate scans reach Event Base within a second or two of happening.
- Is there a record after the event?
- Yes. The activity log, the sales reports, the attendance splits and the timecards all remain, and every change carries who made it and through which channel.
