Pricing
Pricing follows the shape of your event.
A one-day conference for four hundred and a three-city festival for eighty thousand are not the same product, so they are not the same price.
What the price depends on
Which apps you run
Event Base, plus only the Stacks your event actually uses.
How large the event is
Attendance, the number of exhibitors, and how many points of sale you run.
How many events a year
One annual flagship, or a season of them.
In every arrangement
None of these are priced separately.
Both languages
Japanese and English throughout, per user.
Your whole team
We do not price by seat — bring everyone who touches the event.
The participant portal
Your exhibitors use it at no cost to them.
API and MCP access
GraphQL and the MCP endpoint are part of the product.
Support from operators
The people answering have run events themselves.
Updates
Everything we ship, as we ship it.
Questions we are asked
- Why is there no price list?
- Because a number without your context would be wrong in both directions. We would rather spend thirty minutes understanding the event and give you a figure you can take to a budget meeting.
- Do you take a cut of ticket sales?
- Ticket money goes to your own Stripe account. Ask us about the commercial arrangement on the call — we will be specific.
- Can we start with one event?
- Yes. Many customers start with a single event and add the rest once they have run one on it.
- What happens between events?
- Your catalogue, exhibitors and history stay where they are. Next year's edition starts from them.
