Staff, tasks & time
Three hundred people, one plan.
Assign the shifts, run the day from a shared job list, and clock people in and out — with the hours arriving somewhere payroll can actually use them.
Shifts, assigned and exportable
Build the schedule against the event's own days and timezone. Import shifts from a spreadsheet when the roster is built elsewhere, and export them back for whoever needs a printed copy.
The job list everyone can see
Write down what has to happen, assign it, and let the team tick it off from their phones. Completing a task stamps who finished it and appends to its history, so the record survives the weekend.
Hours that are actually hours
Staff clock in and out at a tablet by the staff entrance. Each record is a single immutable clock event; the staff member's page pairs each check-in with the next check-out, computes the duration, and flags anything unmatched.
Staff are people at the gate too
A staff member's badge is scanned like a ticket, against the points of access they are permitted to enter. Their gate history sits on their record alongside their timecards.

Questions organisers ask
- Can exhibitors manage their own people?
- Yes. They register their staff, schedule them and issue check-in QR codes from the participant portal, without going through your team.
- Can timecards be corrected?
- Records are immutable once created, and the admin app is read-only for them — corrections are made through Time Stack, so the audit trail stays intact.
- Does the task app work on a phone?
- It is built for one. Nobody stands at a station; they walk the site with it, and a task ticked off on one phone is ticked off on all of them in seconds.
- Can we import a roster we already built?
- Yes. Shifts import from a spreadsheet, and export back out again.
